The 2018 Farm Bill made hemp and all of its parts and isomers including CBD, CBG, CBN etc. legal as long as they contain less than .3% Delta-9 THC by a dry weight basis. So yes, CBD is federally legal! Some states vary in what they allow for CBD and hemp products, so check in with your local laws first before ordering.

Generally, yes.

Many CBD products do contain trace amounts of THC (0.3% or less by weight). Anything labeled as "Full Spectrum" will contain those trace amounts of THC, which actually aides CBD, CBG and other minor cannabinoids to be more effective when interacting with your body's own endocannabinoid system.

Products labeled as "Broad Spectrum" have the THC removed to the point of non-detection in lab tests but still contain all the other wonderful cannabinoids found naturally in hemp. Products labeled as using "Isolate" have just that isolated cannabinoid and only trace amounts of anything else if at all.

Yes and no... It depends on the product and where you are traveling to. Most CBD tinctures, topicals and gummies are fine to take on any plane (as long as they meet the travel size requirements). Just be aware of states like Idaho, that do not allow any amount of THC in any product. Other products like raw hemp (pre-rolls and flower), even though federally legal, may get you into trouble with TSA and are not worth traveling with.

Unfortunately, there is no clear answer for this. Because of the different types of tests used, even products like CBD Isolate, can show up as a positive on a drug test. So if your job or any other situation may require drug testing, it's better not to risk it.

Never. We do not use any pesticides, herbicides or harsh chemicals on our fields ever (we do a lot of manual weeding!). We never have and never will, so rest assured you are getting a clean, natural product that we are very proud of and use daily ourselves.
